Aunjanue Ellis
Aunjanue Ellis Taylor, actress, American stage and screen actor and producer. Her most well-known work is as a film actress due to her performances on the films Ray Undercover Brother (Ray Undercover Brother) as well as The Mentalist. She graduated with a B.A. in African-American Studies, from Brown University. Her MFA is in acting at Tisch School at New York University. Aunjanue Ellis is an American actor and producer active in theater, film and TV. She began acting on stage and went onto appear in mainstream, independent as well as television shows. Her most well-known role was Miranda Shaw on ABC's Quantico. In the following year, she made an appearance in BET's epic TV series The Book of Negroes. She started her career as an actress in 1995, when she appeared as Ariel as Ariel in The Tempest. Alongside Broadway's Come and Gone, she is also credited in Drowning Crow as well as Seeking the Genesis. Her most well-known work is her role in the series Men of Honor as well as the Caveman's Valentine The Express & The Help. On television, her part in ABC's police drama High Incident is well known.
